The restaurant offers a lively showcooking experience with a buffet at lunch and table service at dinner. The dining room is beautifully immersed in the garden, with views of the pool and the beach, and features a retractable roof for dining beneath the trees.
The cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean tradition. Highlights include creamy risotto, delicious meat, and fish dishes from the buffet, and exquisite homemade desserts. Special attention is paid to food intolerances or allergies.
Weekly touches make each stay even more memorable: aperitifs in the garden with appetisers, afternoon tea with biscuits and pastries, and snackswith watermelon or fruit skewers served in the garden.
Breakfast is rich and varied, with a generous buffet of sweet and savoury treats: eggs and omelettes cooked to order, cold cuts, cheeses, smoked salmon, freshly baked croissants, assorted breads, homemade cakes, dried fruit, seeds, jams, honey and honeycomb. Guests can also enjoy yoghurt, fruit juices, fresh fruit and salads, vegetable and fruit smoothies, biscuits, and crispbread.
