Organic and local products are favoured in the preparation of dishes: vegetables and dairy products come from nearby San Michele Farm, while meat and fish are from Italy. For children, we prepare weaning menus and tailor-made dishes, which can also be enjoyed at the table with our entertainers. At breakfast, a rich organic buffet awaits, featuring homemade pastries, biodynamic yoghurt and milk, and savoury items.
