The culinary philosophy of Camoma Host’aria Restaurant is based on the use of fresh, locally sourced products, for an authentic experience with a touch of innovation.
Each dish offers a taste journey through the region’s flavours. Guest favourites include spaghettone Camoma, spaghetti with clams, gnocchi with scallops, infornata di Cortellazzo (baked sea scallops), bigoli pasta with duck ragout, and grilled beef steak.
Breakfast is made to order to reduce waste and can be customised: the Italian option includes coffee, juice, croissants, jams, and yoghurt; the international option features cold cuts, cheese, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Alternatives can be requested for specific dietary needs.
